We went to Cameron's department picnic yesterday. It was a lot of fun (surprisingly). A nice old dog was there and walked up to Benjamin and licked his entire face then laid down next to him to have her belly scratched.
He didn't try to touch the dog but this was his reaction when she left to play with the other kids.
Luckily, he found a bag of chips to spill on the ground soon enough.
And made a friend.
As a side note, I was talking to one of my cub scouts and told him that Benjamin had eaten rocks, grass and probably some bugs yesterday. He responded, "Oh, that's a nutritious meal. Rocks for fiber, bugs for protein, and grass for vitamins." Maybe he was listening when we talked about eating nutritious foods this month. :)

Hillarious. He is so entertaining. Glad to know you are such a great teacher for the cub scouts.
