Trouble

Trouble begins with "B" these days. Between the ability to crawl and the ability to pull himself up on anything, we've found out how baby proof our house isn't. Garbage strewn across the floor; plants pulled off tables; and an Ensign and some of Cameron's papers met an untimely and slobbery death.

Spring Break

We kept spring break simple this year with a quick little two-day trip to Louisville. We went to the Zoo, the Temple, the Kentucky Derby Museum, and swam at the hotel. It was a blast. Here are a few of my favorite pictures.

Fun Days

Every day my little boy makes me laugh. The funny faces he pulls, the joy of seeing his dad walk through the door, the way he talks and talks as we walk through the grocery store, the constant need to see and explore everything. It's just so fun.

Green Bean Pictures

Cameron had the camera handy for our second attempt at green beans. Even though he wasn't thrilled, he actually ate a few bites this times.

Down with the Green Beans

The world of solid foods is exciting and hilarious. I wish I had a picture of Benjamin's face when I tried to get him to eat a bite of green beans just now. There was gagging, head shaking, and a look of betrayal and pure hatred (hopefully for the beans and not the bean feeder). I'll have to get the camera out for tomorrow's attempt.

Maybe when you're older . . .

Benjamin thinks he's old enough to do everything. He wants to type on the computer, turn the water on for his bath (and let all the water out of the tub), grab a spoon and feed himself, and more. When he decides he wants something, good luck stopping him.

He's feeding himself crackers,

he's working on crawling,
and he definitely lets us know when he has something to say.
